Think Fit has been an inclusive, friendly fitness environment for so many of you since we opened our doors in 2017. Over the years we have really listened to our customers needs; we provide a safe space for you to not only feel the benefits of exercise but to also feel completely at home.

Becky & Ria welcome everyone to enjoy and benefit from what Think Fit has to offer. We hold regular exercise classes, fitness programmes and bootcamps in Truro, Carnon Downs, Kea and Playing Place as well as Personal Training and online fitness.
Think Fit won’t only help you with weight loss, inch loss and an increased level of fitness, we will also help you to gain confidence as well as meeting a great, friendly support network in your local area.
