A 12-week exercise challenge designed with complete convenience and accessibility for everyone. The Body Project motivates you to train at times that are convenient to you; it is flexible and varied so that you never get bored and it very quickly becomes the norm for many of our customers.
When we say this programme is suitable for everyone, we mean it. We have all ages, from 18-70, super unfit and super fit and everyone in between.
We offer early morning classes, sessions for when you have just dropped the kids to school, evening classes and online workouts. The best bit is you can mix and match, attend as many or as little as you like and it’s all wrapped up in one package.

We pride ourselves in designing new workouts every time you join us. You can expect a variety of exercise formats such as HIIT, circuits, weights, core & mat work. Classes are only 30 mins long so what we can guarantee is that you WILL work hard.
You will be invited to a private Facebook group , for motivation, information and invaluable peer to peer support. We also have an option of your very own progress card to keep you accountable.

The Start Line is our BRAND NEW fitness programme for 2022.
We will be working with the ‘This Girl Can’ campaign to deliver an 8 week kickstart for those of you who have never exercised before, who consider themselves to be super unfit or who feel the pressure that this is their last chance.

The Summer Slam is where we take all of our classes outside for six weeks and where we get to enjoy the Cornish weather and ALL it has to offer.
We are fortunate enough to hold our Bootcamp style workouts on one of the most beautiful school fields at Kea, just outside of Truro, which is what really makes the Slam so special.
A perfect way to keep fit during the summer holidays as you can also bring your children along too; the bonus is we often wear them out too!
The winter slam is our final fitness challenge of the year.
