About BECKY

Becky - known to everyone as Becky Think Fit - started Think Fit in June 2017. True to her nature (ambitious? impatient? both?) she wasted no time in releasing and instructing a full timetable the day after completing her first fitness qualification. It appeared that this fitness community was so desperately needed and well received that Becky has never looked back and Think Fit has grown year on year thanks to it’s awesome customers.   

Becky has worked alongside individuals and families for many years - her previous businesses involved teaching antenatal and active birth workshops as well as baby massage and yoga. 

Becky understands the ups and downs of modern life and this comes across in her style of teaching - at Think Fit we LOVE a good rant.  Becky brings many strengths to the Think Fit community - if it’s pre & post-natal advice you need or if you would like to talk nutrition then she can help you out. She is known for her upper body and glute strength workouts and for her nineties club classic playlists.  

Becky loves to work out herself. Having tried most styles of training she has formed a love for weightlifting which she does in her spare time. 

Other hobbies include drinking Prosecco (yes she is human), cooking, collecting shoes (she doesn't need) & moaning about her gorgeous children.
