Our Think HIIT (previously Body Project) classes are the cornerstone of Think Fit.
Classes take place early in the morning or just after you've dropped your kids off at school. They are constantly varied to keep you and your body guessing and 25 minutes of solid hard work to set you up for the day.
All your usual sweaty, exhausting boxing fitness with a little bit of strength work thrown in for good measure.

Our circuits classes combine body weight, cardio, core and resistance exercises. We use a variety of equipment to keep it fresh and interesting.
This class will always include easier/low impact options for all exercises so is particularly suitable for beginners.
Our kettlebell classes are functional resistance workouts using only one piece of equipment, the kettlebell.
We offer alternatives to all our exercises and have a variety of weights to choose from making this popular class suitable for all.
Low impact classes remove the jumping (plyometric) side of exercise - no burpees, squat jumps or other forms of throwing yourself around! These classes are great for beginners, people with injuries or just wanting to take it a little easier.
We might use weights, resistance bands, or simply body weight to give you a full body workout.
The workouts will be tailored to those in class so is particularly suitable for all fitness levels.
Here at Think Fit we like to change it up from time to time. This is why we offer the Easter, Summer and Winter Slam sessions.
The Easter and Summer Slams are outdoor during the Easter and Summer holidays and are held on the beautiful Kea School playing fields.
The Winter Slam is usually an intense two week pre-Christmas timetable which will leave you ready for festivities (and a little rest).
