We can also hold your training sessions just about anywhere - we can visit you at home or in your garden, we can meet you at the park or at the beach and we can even train you online if that works for you.
If you fancy working out with someone else, we can work with you and your partner, family and friends as well as just you on your own.
Alongside face to face PT we can also write fitness plans for you to work from at home or at a gym.

1:1 and 1:2 personal training sessions are £35 per session or £300 for a block of 10 if paid in advance.
